When you book through FlyFareTravel, your reservation is ultimately fulfilled by one of our supplier partners. Cancellation rules depend on the fare type, the supplier, and how close you are to departure.

Changes are possible subject to availability and the supplier's fare rules. A change fee may apply on top of any fare difference. Reach out as early as you can if your plans shift.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days back to your original payment method, depending on your bank's own processing times.

Airline-Initiated Cancellations

If a flight is cancelled by the airline itself, we'll help you secure a refund or rebooking per the supplier's policy. FlyFareTravel isn't responsible for cancellations initiated by the airline.
